It’s one of the most comprehensive educational resources ever developed. And for LTC and post-acute care providers, it’s been a long time coming.
The State of Long Term and Post-Acute Care is a 6-part informational series developed by AHCA and the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) which features “national highlights in the areas of long term and post-acute care, including the state of quality, work force, post-acute care, assisted living, economic indicators and reimbursement”.
Released in January to coincide with the President’s State of the Union address to Congress, the State of Long Term and Post-Acute Care blends social media and interactive online education. Each installment addresses a specific trend or topic and spotlights the growing healthcare needs of millions of Americans:
The State of Quality (Released Jan. 18)
The State of Post-Acute Care (Released Jan. 19)
The State of the Long Term Care Workforce (Released Jan. 20)
The State of Assisted Living (Released Jan. 21)
The State of Reimbursement (Released Jan. 24)
