Report describes cases of synthetic pot intoxication in teens
Synthetic marijuana use was linked to side effects including catatonia, high heart rate, agitation and anxiety, headaches, and dizziness, according to three toxicity cases involving teens. In the journal Pediatrics, researchers reported that two of the patients recovered after three to four hours, while one was hospitalized overnight. U.S. News & World Report/HealthDay News (3/19)
