The fine folks at Scarborough Fair Condominiums once again barbecued for a good cause, to raise money for the Buy a Bed Campaign. And thanks to raising $3,000 at this year's event, held Aug. 20, their two year total has reached $5,000, for Rouge Valley Centenary!
Lucy Perri, President of Scarborough Fair Condominiums, organized the fun event and the International Food Bazaar was a big hit with everyone who attended.
"Lucy and her crew have worked very hard to top up the funds they made last year and now they have enough to 'Buy a Bed'," says Katherine Craine, Director, Major Gifts & Special Campaigns at RVHSF. "It is so inspiring to see what can be done in the community with the desire and drive to help their local hospital."
On behalf of Scarborough Fair Condominiums, a big thank you goes out to their donors: Atlas Overhead Door, Brookfield Residential Services Ltd., Brook Restoration, Fire Protection & Building Services, K.I.S. Construction, Pacific Paving, Source H20, Silverstone Landscaping, Superior Pool, Spa & Leisure Ltd., Vianna Roofing, Whiterose Janitorial. These companies have been supporting Scarborough Fair Condominiums special events for the last eight years.
